ECO-VERA

Pulverization process: first phase

In the first phase, large pieces such as soles or other similar waste resulting from color changes or production cleaning are crushed. These materials are voluminous and heavy masses of medium to large dimensions.

During this phase the materials are reduced into smaller fragments, with an approximate size of 10-12 mm², preparing them for the next pulverization phase.

Pulverization process: second phase

In the second phase, these fragments of approximately 10-12 mm² are transformed into real dust, through the use of an equipment called pulverizer and a special vibrating machine “WASTE GRINDING”.

During this process, the 10-12 mm² fragments are further reduced and transformed into powder, with a final grain size between 300 µm and 600 µm.

This special pulverization technology allows you to obtain a high quality powder ready to be used in various applications in the production process.

Pulverization line composition
  • A special crusher-type mill with claw-type teeth suitable for processing soles with very low density such as expanded EVA, as well as expanded polyurethane and any type of rubber. The larger sizes also include an INVERTER-controlled feeder belt.
  • A complete pulverizer also with waste grinding machine controlled by an INVERTER maximum grain size range of 3000 µ and minimum grain size of 300 µ.
  • Various accessories necessary for the operation of the complete line

ECO-VERA Line

Waste recovery is of fundamental importance both for the environmental and for an economic factor. By recovering and recycling the waste generated during production (whatever it is), we avoid the accumulation of waste that could end up in landfills and consequently in the environment.

Furthermore, it should not be underestimated that waste recovery has a significant economic impact. Instead of simply considering them as waste, we exploit these materials to obtain further economic benefits. Waste can be treated and transformed into new products or reused in production processes, which allows us to save costs by reducing the need to purchase additional raw materials.

This not only results in direct financial savings, but it also increases our operational efficiency, generating competitiveness in the sector. The ECO-VERA pulverization system that we manage at BRService is a versatile system that can be applied to various types of materials. It can be used for both EVA, POLYURETHANE, RUBBER as well combined materials. The product processed through our pulverization system can be reinserted into the production circuit, both for polyurethane and EVA. The pulverization process is performed in two different stages.

By recycling and reusing these production wastes, we would reduce waste and promote environmental sustainability. The pulverization process offered by BRservice represents an effective solution for the responsible management of production waste, allowing added value to be obtained from materials that would otherwise be destined for landfill.
